NIOFLOR EMERITOP is a quality controlled, factory blended powder which is ready to use on site, It consists of selected and graded DYNAGRIP aggregate. Portland cement and special additivies to improve workability.
The formulation provides a fllooring compound which is easy to trowel into the surface of a fresh, wet concrete slab. When applied at the recommented application rate (3-7 kg/m2 depending on traffic) NITOFLOR EMERITOP provides a hard wearing, abrasion resistant surface.
DYNAGRIP is an extremely hard, chemically inert aggregate which resists polishing, therefore providing a non slip, skid resistant surface even when wet. Also, being non metalic, DINAGRIP will not rust. Use of workability additives reduce placing time by up to 20% compared to site batched material and ensures full hydration and compaction of the shake-on wearing course.
NITOFLOR EMERITOP is available in natural colour as standard. Special coulors including Brick Red and Green with be produced on request for large orders.
